Job Summary :



As Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating new leads and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our projects and product sales.

Key Responsibilities :



? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.

? Customer Engagement: Communicate with prospective clients (architects, interior designers, builders) to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

? Industry visits: Organise weekly visits to existing and new clients and maintain the records for the same.

? Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

? Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

? Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

? Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements: Soft Skills:



? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.

? Ability to handle complex problem solving and critical thinking.

? Strong network with architects and interior designers.

Technical Skills:



? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Familiarity with Sales and Marketing automation tools.

Experience:



? Previous experience in furniture/interior sales or related.

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Good understanding of material like timber, plywood etc.

Preferred Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

? 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
