As Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating new leads and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our projects and product sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
Customer Engagement: Communicate with prospective clients (architects, interior designers, builders) to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Industry visits: Organise weekly visits to existing and new clients and maintain the records for the same.
Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
