Role Summary


The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for supporting store revenue growth while leading the sales team to deliver consistent performance and superior customer experiences. This role combines customer relationship management, team leadership and brand representation, ensuring alignment with TDF's service standards and operational processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Business Contribution*

Contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and savings scheme performance at the store level. Actively support overall store revenue objectives through structured sales planning and execution. Assist management in implementing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Track and share sales performance insights with the management team.

Team Leadership & Development*

Lead, guide, and motivate junior sales executives to perform effectively in line with store objectives. Conduct regular team discussions and share best sales practices to improve collective performance. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and constructive performance feedback. Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming guidelines, and service standards across the team.

Client Relationship Management*

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-ups. Focus on customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and long-term retention through trust-based engagement.

Customer Data & System Compliance*

Ensure accurate collection and timely updating of customer information across all TDF systems Monitor and ensure team compliance with data entry, follow-ups and other processes. Maintain disciplined and timely reporting across all designated platforms.

Lead Generation & Bridal Business Development*

Generate and nurture new leads through referrals, walk-ins, and existing customer databases. Identify and convert bridal and non-fixed bridal customers using a consultative selling approach. Present customized solutions aligned with customer preferences and occasion-specific needs.

Customer Experience Excellence*

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through active listening, empathy, and strong product expertise. Support team members in managing high-value clients and complex sales situations.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
