Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Male)

Location: [CSI AIRPORT]

Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and support junior sales staff. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

Prepare and execute sales plans, proposals, and presentations

Support, guide, and mentor junior sales executives to improve performance

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis

Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution

Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and support junior team members

Target-oriented mindset with proven track record in sales achievement

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Willingness to travel locally as required

Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
