Role & Responsibilities

Manage product listings, inquiries, and sales on

IndiaMART

and other e-commerce platforms. Respond promptly to customer queries, quotations, and negotiations with professionalism. Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand. Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and client communications. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all transactions.
Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in

pharmaceutical sales, e-commerce, or B2B platforms

(IndiaMART preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketplace dashboards. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
