We receives a high volume of customer inquiries through our website and platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and YouTube. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential customers via phone, understand their requirements, and recommend the most suitable machines from our product range.
The candidate will also be responsible for:
Following up with existing customers
Maintaining customer records and basic documentation
Assisting with general office and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Telugu and Kannada will be an added advantage
