Job Summary
As a
Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive
at Swapnyog Infra India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving property sales, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and client meetings.
Present properties, explain features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Close sales deals by handling negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure bookings are confirmed.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
Prepare regular sales activity reports, including lead status, conversions, and market insights.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotional activities, and property exhibitions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, finance) to ensure smooth sales execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (Preferred).
Experience
0-1+ years of experience in sales; real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-centric attitude with persistence and goal-orientation.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Performance Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to increased lead generation and conversion ratios.
