Sr. Sales Executives (SSE)
who love helping customers choose jewellery for their special moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on style, occasion, and budget.
Explain product details, materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat visits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Manage billing, packaging, and complete documentation of purchases.
Maintain store displays and ensure visual appeal.
Stay updated with latest jewellery trends.
Requirements:
Retail/Jewellery sales experience or Fresher.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Persuasive selling ability and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones (Preferred).
Ability to handle POS and transactions.
