We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Solar EPC solutions in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct consumer sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers in the B2C segment for Solar EPC solutions.
Understand customer needs, provide tailored solar energy solutions, and effectively pitch the benefits.
Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the solar, energy, or related sectors.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of solar solutions and explain them to non-technical customers.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Pune is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
High level of integrity and customer-first approach.
