The Sales Executive for Captain Clean India Private Limited (Facility Management/Housekeeping Services) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company's housekeeping and facility management services. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will be key in expanding the company's client base and contributing to its overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and research potential clients in various industries that require facility management and housekeeping services.
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and face-to-face meetings to develop new business opportunities.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Present the company's facility management and housekeeping services to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and service contracts to close sales while ensuring company profitability.
Develop proposals and ensure contracts are completed in accordance with company policies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services and fostering loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address concerns and queries regarding services.
Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure service standards are met and explore opportunities for additional services.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities within the facility management industry.
Keep updated on industry developments and competitor activities to provide insights for improving the company's services.
Provide feedback to the operations and marketing teams based on client input to improve service offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance against targets, upcoming opportunities, and challenges.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Target Achievement:
Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly and annual basis.
Develop a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in facility management, housekeeping services, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of facility management services, housekeeping operations, and client needs.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
