Role Overview
As a
Sr. Sales Executive
, you are the face of Accordible in the market. You'll engage with corporates, hotels, hospitals, malls, IT parks, and industries to understand technical needs, conduct site surveys, propose solutions, and close deals across our FM verticals.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and technical selling.
What You Will Do (Your Superpowers)
1. Own the Sales Pipeline End-to-End
Identify new business opportunities across Mumbai.
Build strong relationships with FM, Admin & Engineering teams.
Create and maintain a monthly pipeline with structured follow-ups.
2. Conduct High-Value Client Meetings & Site Surveys
Meet clients for requirement gathering, audits, and technical understanding.
Coordinate with Operations for survey support when needed.
Present service capabilities confidently.
3. Build Winning Proposals & BOQs
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and service presentations.
Understand pricing logic, costing, and feasibility.
Help tailor solutions based on client needs.
4. Negotiate & Close Deals
Lead commercial discussions.
Finalize terms, timelines, and deliverables.
Hand over projects smoothly to Operations & Finance.
5. CRM Ownership & Reporting
Log every call, meeting, and update in CRM (Zoho/Pipedrive).
Share daily updates and weekly dashboards.
Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate probability percentages.
Performance KPIs (Optimized & Realistic)

Who You Are
2-5 years of B2B sales experience (FM, HVAC, industrial services preferred).
Confident communicator who can engage senior decision-makers.
Strong at relationship building + technical understanding.
Disciplined with follow-ups, documentation, and CRM usage.
Loves fieldwork, meeting clients, learning systems, and closing deals.
A self-starter with high ownership and hunger for growth.
