Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, demos, events, referrals, and digital channels.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active customers.
Understand client workflows and challenges, and present iRecord's solutions using a consultative sales approach.
Clearly communicate the value proposition, product features, and pricing.
2. Sales Pipeline & Target Ownership
Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closures using CRM tools.
Work proactively to achieve -- and exceed -- monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prioritise opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
3. Relationship Management
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and support teams and assist in resolving any escalations when needed.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Share customer insights to help improve product features and positioning.
Participate in internal reviews, sales meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
1-3 years of proven experience in sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle -- prospecting to closure
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline tracking
