Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

2. Sales & Business Development



Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Close sales deals and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets. Ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily call reports, meeting reports, and customer interaction logs. Update CRM/sales software regularly. Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

5. Market Research



Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Share customer feedback with management for product/service improvement.

Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred). 2-4 years of experience in sales.

Required Skills



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present and explain products clearly. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and CRM tools.

Personal Attributes



Confident and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel when required.
