We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth.

1-5 years (Furniture/Interior/Construction/Project Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads and convert them into active customers. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Engagement

Visit clients, architects, contractors, and project consultants to showcase product offerings. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular furniture solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3. Product Presentation & Demonstration

Present product catalogues, samples, and design solutions to clients. Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations, layouts, and BOQs.

4. Negotiation & Order Finalization

Prepare and deliver quotations and commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability. Finalize orders and ensure proper documentation.

5. Coordination & Follow-up

Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and project completion. Follow up on payments as per agreed terms. Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Proven experience in B2B sales; furniture/interior/domain experience is an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and modular furniture layouts (preferred). Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
