Candidates with prior experience in insurance or sales will be given preference, although freshers with strong aptitude are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting and advising interested leads on suitable insurance products. (Outbound LOB)* Understanding customer requirements and recommending the best insurance plans.
Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Following up on leads to maximize conversions and meet targets.
Managing customer interactions professionally across calls and digital platforms.
Ensuring accurate documentation of customer details and interactions.
Collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.
