Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing
Senior Sales Executive
with
4-7 years of hands-on experience
in
B2B sales, client acquisition, or corporate account management
.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading key sales functions, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. You will handle high-value clients, pitch our
corporate gifting, employee engagement, brand experience, and wellness solutions
, and play a crucial role in expanding our presence across multiple sectors.
This position also includes mentoring junior sales members, planning strategic outreach activities, and collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams.
This is a
full-time, in-office role
(Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM) with flexibility for client-specific meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end
B2B sales cycles
from lead generation to closing.
Drive revenue through
consultative and solution-based sales
.
Pitch high-end gifting, engagement, and brand solutions to corporate decision-makers.
Manage, prioritize, and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with managers on proposals, quotations, and strategic pitches.
Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify new business avenues.
Mentor junior team members on sales techniques and client engagement.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Participate in client presentations, demos, onboarding, and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
4-7 years
of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong background in
corporate gifting, marketing services, or employee engagement solutions
preferred.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
