Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
