Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive - Agency Channel

Location:

Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and Bhatinda

Experience:

1-3+ years in General Insurance Agency Channel (Travel & Health preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced

Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives

with a proven background in

General Insurance sales through the Agency Channel

. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in

Travel or Health Insurance products

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through agency partners by promoting travel and health insurance products. Build, develop, and strengthen agency relationships to achieve business growth. Identify and onboard new agents, and provide ongoing product and sales training. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.

Key Skills:

Strong track record in insurance sales, preferably in travel/health insurance. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to mentor and guide agents for consistent performance. Target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
