Advanced MS Excel, Sales & Negotiation, Market Knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel manufacturing and trading sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, vendors, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable steel products (plates, coils, pipes, structural, etc.).
Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, forecasts, and pricing using
Advanced Excel tools
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards).
Negotiate terms of contracts, close sales deals, and ensure timely collections.
Conduct regular market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and customer demands.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support management in preparing MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance analysis.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of steel grades, specifications, and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced
MS Excel proficiency
- data analysis, financial modeling, sales reporting.
Ability to handle B2B sales, negotiations, and client management.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
2-5 years in sales/business development (preferably in steel/manufacturing/trading).
Tools:
MS Office (Advanced Excel a must), ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
