We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
Identify and qualify potential clients for residential, commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the real estate and construction sectors.
Provide insights and recommendations for pricing and sales strategies.
Identify potential growth opportunities and emerging markets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
