Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growth team. You will be responsible for acquiring new business listings, generating leads, closing sales, and helping HelloGrahakk expand its footprint across cities. You'll work closely with marketing and operations to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants / businesses to list on HelloGrahakk.
Generate leads (via site visit, cold calling, networking, events) and convert leads into paying customers.
Educate potential clients about HelloGrahakk's features: free online store, product listing, marketing tools, promotional offers, loyalty tools etc. hellograhakk.com
Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM with sales activities, pipelines, and client data.
Provide feedback from merchant engagements to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Follow up with existing clients for renewals, upselling additional services / features.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales / business development, preferably in digital platforms / listings / directories / apps.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling / cold outreach and closing deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, with willingness to travel locally if needed.
