Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven
Business Development Associates
to join a growing sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and inclusion, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, closing sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Close deals with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Meet quarterly milestones and consistently drive revenue growth.
Analyze accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deal closures.
Maintain a detailed and updated database of all prospects.
Conduct online/offline demos for prospects and secure conversions.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for lead generation.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and regularly update the CRM system.
Visit pediatricians, psychiatrists, and special needs centers for outreach.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, or Educational Services
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with startup culture and comfort using digital tools and CRMs
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude
Client-facing experience in education or healthcare is a plus
