:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our plain gold jewellery manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, client relationship management, and business development. This role demands regular market visits, customer meetings, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication. Conduct field sales visits to showcase products, take orders, and provide after-sales service. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Provide feedback to the management on product demand, client feedback, and opportunities for new product development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the jewellery industry, preferably in plain gold. Strong field sales background with the ability to travel regularly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable personality. Good understanding of gold jewellery trends and market pricing. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
