Adhira Realtors is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Executive to
join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving property sales, managing client relationships, and converting
leads into successful deals. If you're passionate about real estate and

Key Responsibilities:
Meet clients, explain project details, and conduct site visits.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and cold calling.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property
options.
Close sales and assist in post-sale documentation.
Maintain client relationships for future business opportunities.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide accurate feedback on market trends, pricing, and
competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or field sales
(preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command over Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work on weekends and flexible with work hours.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
