We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

to join our growing team at

PagarGuru

, a leading provider of IT and payroll solutions. In this role, you will connect with potential clients through pre-qualified leads provided by the company, nurture relationships, and close sales to help businesses streamline their payroll and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Activities

: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms using company-provided leads. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Present and demonstrate PagarGuru's products and services effectively to prospective clients.

Follow-Up & Conversion

:

Proactively follow up with prospects to close sales deals. Address any concerns or queries clients may have and guide them toward making a purchase decision.

Target Achievement

:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to maximize revenue.

Customer Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration

:

Work closely with field sales teams for handover of high-value leads or enterprise opportunities. Share market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Continuous Learning

: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). 1+ year of experience in inside sales, Telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong skills are welcome). Communication and interpersonal skills in

Hindi

Gujarati

,

English

, and

Marathi

Proven ability to understand client needs and close sales. Goal-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
