Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
Engage potential clients via cold calling, social media, and digital touchpoints such as website leads and landing pages.
Luxury Property Consultation
Pitch premium properties to clients, accompany them on-site, and follow through persistently until the deal is closed.
Relationship Management
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and clients to keep momentum and push every potential lead to conversion.
Proactive Sales Initiatives
Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned with energy, urgency, and precision.
Must-Have
Willing and prepared to conduct frequent calls and face-to-face meetings with HNI clients and top tier developers
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
A natural flair for relationship-building and value-driven selling.
