Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring logistics solutions, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its offerings.
Customized Solutions:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics needs and offer customized solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, pricing, and terms, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions and prompt issue resolution.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Client Education:
Educate clients on the benefits and value-added services provided by the logistics company, emphasizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network, generate leads, and enhance the company's visibility in the logistics sector.
Adaptability:
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in the market, client needs, and internal processes to maximize sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Forecasting:

Qualifications:
Female
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
