Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities



1.

Cold Calling & Lead Generation



Identify and contact potential students or parents via cold calling. Generate interest in UG and PG courses offered by the institution. Maintain a daily call quota (e.g., 80-100 calls/day) to meet outreach targets.
2.

Counseling & Needs Assessment



Understand the educational goals, preferences, and background of prospects. Match appropriate UG/PG courses to their career aspirations. Provide accurate and detailed information on course offerings, fee structures, eligibility, and admissions processes.
3.

Follow-up & Lead Nurturing



Maintain and update the CRM with call logs, outcomes, and follow-up schedules. Send follow-up emails, messages, and reminders for document submissions or application deadlines. Convert leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
4.

Sales Conversion



Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Guide students through the admission process, including application filling, payment processing, and document collection.
5.

Reporting & Documentation



Submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Provide feedback on lead quality and frequently asked questions to improve marketing strategy.
6.

Market Intelligence



Stay updated with competitor offerings, fee structures, and USPs. Provide insights to the marketing and academic teams for better positioning and promotions.
