Role Description



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Outbound Sales Executive with 3-4 years of proven success in outbound sales . The ideal candidate will excel in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our sales efforts while leveraging your leadership and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Execution:



Drive outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing leads. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed individual and team targets. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs effectively.

Strategy and Planning:



Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement outbound sales strategies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless process.

Qualifications:



3-4 years of experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proven experience managing and mentoring a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
