Cozy Nook is looking for an experienced and trustworthy
Senior Sales Executive
to handle room reservations, client communications, and sales conversions. The role requires someone who understands the hospitality industry, maintains transparency in operations, and delivers exceptional guest service while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries, quotations, and bookings efficiently.
Convert leads into confirmed reservations through effective communication.
Coordinate with travel partners, agents, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending leads.
Ensure honesty, professionalism, and complete transparency in all dealings.
Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years
of experience in hotel/resort sales or reservations.
Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and negotiation skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and client service.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and online booking platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads daily.
