Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and generate new leads
Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate projects
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain daily sales reports and client records
Coordinate with the sales manager and internal team
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Eligibility / Requirements:
Male candidate preferred
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in real estate sales or field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends
Two-wheeler preferred (with valid driving license)
