: Sales Executive - Construction (TMT Bars Division)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our TMT Bars

division in the construction materials sector. The candidate will be responsible for

generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong

relationships with clients including builders, contractors, Architects, RCC & PMC

consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

? Promote and sale TMT bars to customers in the construction industry.

? Identify and develop new business leads in assigned territories.

? Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling and site visits.

? Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close sales order effectively.

? Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and

repeat business.

? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.

? Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order delivery and

customer satisfaction.

? Prepare sales reports, maintain client data, and update management on sales

performance.

? Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

? We will also provide data containing details of Builders and purchasers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any Graduates.

? 2 years & above of experience in sales of TMT Bars (Steel) or construction

materials.

? Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
