We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Tour Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients have memorable travel experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Promotion:

Promote and sell tour packages, including domestic and international tours, group tours, and customized travel itineraries. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct product presentations and travel consultations to potential customers.

Customer Service:

Assist clients in selecting the best tour packages based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs. Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and travel requirements. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and process bookings, invoices, and travel documents. Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories.

Marketing Support:

Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients. Participate in promotional events, travel fairs, and exhibitions. Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote tour packages.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Share market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for travel and a customer-centric approach.

Key Skills:



Sales-driven and target-oriented. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tour sales or a similar role.
