Lusso Cassano is Bangalore's turnkey luxury interiors firm--transparent costing, precision project management, and designer-led execution firm. We're also expanding an architectural lighting division, bringing specification-grade products and design support to discerning homes and architects.

The Role



Own multi-channel sales across

luxury home interiors

and our other divisions--from first touch to signed mandate. You'll curate site walkthroughs, demonstrate build quality, and convert high-intent leads into delighted clients.

What You'll Do



Lead Generation & Partner Outreach:

Own top-of-funnel creation--run call blocks to

partner leads

, revive cold/warm lists, and book qualified meetings to maintain

4-6x pipeline coverage

.

Pipeline & Prospecting:

Work inbound + outbound across WhatsApp, Instagram, website enquiries, referrals, channel partners, and events; qualify fast and book meetings.

Consultative Selling:

Map design intent, budgets, and timelines; craft proposals with our designers; handle objections; negotiate to close.

Site Demonstrations:

Plan and conduct

ongoing-project walkthroughs

and client site visits to build trust and accelerate conversion.

Lighting Revenue:

Cross-sell/upsell lighting packages; coordinate samples, specs, and demos.

Account Nurture:

Maintain relationships for referrals, add-ons, and repeat business.

Market Intel:

Track competitor pricing, materials, offers; feed insights to marketing. Maintain offline CP connects

Reporting:

Daily CRM hygiene; weekly funnel/revenue/activity reports.

What You'll Bring



Experience:

1-5 years in Sales/Business Development (B2C interiors/real estate/retail/luxury a plus).

Skills:

High-trust communication, crisp follow-ups, negotiation, and objection handling.

Customer Focus:

You listen deeply, advise honestly, and close confidently.

Mobility:

Own 2-wheeler with valid DL

(city-wide visits Tue-Sun).

Documents:

PAN, Aadhaar, bank account.

Education:

Graduate degree (or equivalent real-world sales excellence).

Languages:

English

--well-spoken and written is mandatory;

Hindi

--speaking & understanding is mandatory;

Kannada

--spoken is a bonus.

Nice-to-Have:

Basics of lighting (CCT/CRI/beam angles/fixtures), CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), Kannada/Hindi fluency beyond basics.
