The Role
Own multi-channel sales across
luxury home interiors
and our other divisions--from first touch to signed mandate. You'll curate site walkthroughs, demonstrate build quality, and convert high-intent leads into delighted clients.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Partner Outreach:
Own top-of-funnel creation--run call blocks to
partner leads
, revive cold/warm lists, and book qualified meetings to maintain
4-6x pipeline coverage

Pipeline & Prospecting:
Work inbound + outbound across WhatsApp, Instagram, website enquiries, referrals, channel partners, and events; qualify fast and book meetings.
Consultative Selling:
Map design intent, budgets, and timelines; craft proposals with our designers; handle objections; negotiate to close.
Site Demonstrations:
Plan and conduct
ongoing-project walkthroughs
and client site visits to build trust and accelerate conversion.
Lighting Revenue:
Cross-sell/upsell lighting packages; coordinate samples, specs, and demos.
Account Nurture:
Maintain relationships for referrals, add-ons, and repeat business.
