We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales professional with proven exposure to luxury furniture or interior sales. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities, handling premium clientele, converting leads into successful closures, and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and a consistent sales track record.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales leads into successful business closures.
Handle showroom walk-ins and onsite client visits professionally.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable luxury furniture and interior solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms within defined guidelines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
Contribute to showroom presentation, product display, and overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in luxury furniture sales / interior sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent ability to build networks and long-term partnerships.
Target-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
Good understanding of furniture products, materials, finishes, and customization concepts.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Experience & Qualification
3 to 8 years of relevant experience
in furniture sales, interior sales, or luxury retail sales.
Educational background in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Candidate must be willing to work from Dehradun (on-site).
