They are led by World top Industry Captains who have a minimum of 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and quite a few feathers in their caps. : We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our organization. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading the sales activities, and developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives. The person will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for driving revenue growth. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to make a significant impact on our company\'s success. You Bring :

  • 10+ Years of Experience.
  • 8+ years large software company experience with success selling enterprise-level; complex software and service sales.
  • Proven quota attainment record ($1M annual quota achievement and above).
  • Exceptional presentation; facilitation; communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explore new customer base within and outside of India.

  • Experience of working in a global organization with cross-cultural teams; must have high integrity; initiative; adaptability/flexibility; dependability and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, customer dynamics, and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Availability for travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

N.B. : Desire person must have sales experience in IT/ Software background for at least last five years with good international exposer.
