Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and explain travel packages
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client handling
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/records
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in sales (Travel industry preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to multitask and handle customers professionally
Knowledge of domestic or international travel packages is an added advantage
