Pentium Constructions is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for our premium real estate projects in Calicut. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling high-value clients, closing deals, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and convert leads into successful sales
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to closure
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Support junior sales staff with guidance and coordination
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Contribute to sales planning and strategy development
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach and professional attitude
Knowledge of Calicut property market preferred
Ability to work independently and under pressure
