Job Description

We are seeking a senior sales executive with strong experience in telesales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will support the team leader in managing a team of telecallers, achieving admissions and sales targets, and ensuring excellent communication and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Guide team members in lead calling, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.

Handle escalated calls and ensure a smooth communication process with prospects.

Maintain CRM records and monitor team performance.

Conduct training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams for campaign updates and feedback.

Ensure a positive and motivating work environment for the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

2-5 years of experience in telesales / telemarketing / academic counselling / team handling.

Proven experience in lead conversion and team coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
