Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design projects.
Meet with potential clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Present design concepts and proposals in coordination with the design team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations until project closure.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners.
Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management.
Maintain proper documentation of client communications and project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales
, preferably in the
interior design or construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with an understanding of design aesthetics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license (preferred).
