About the Role



We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of proven experience in sales, target achievement, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead conversion and customer retention. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus). Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
