Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales operations in our educational hypermarket. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, a passion for educational products, and the ability to manage customer relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction Manage key accounts including schools, colleges, and institutional buyers Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking Collaborate with marketing to plan in-store promotions and educational events Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards Maintain a deep understanding of educational products, books, and learning tools
Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools Knowledge of educational products and market trends Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
