Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Sales Executive
for our Calicut store. The ideal candidate will have
8-12 years of proven jewellery retail sales experience
, strong customer relationship skills, and in-depth knowledge of the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and personalized jewellery consultations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead by example in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Guide and mentor junior sales staff, sharing product and sales expertise.
Ensure high standards of product presentation and in-store customer service.
Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Minimum 10
-15 years of experience
in jewellery retail sales (diamond jewellery preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and trust.
Leadership qualities and experience in guiding a sales team is an added advantage.
Proficiency in jewellery software/Tally will be an added benefit.
