Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive (Preferred experience in 5 star hotel)

to join our team and take charge of driving revenue growth through successful banquet and event sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality and events industry, and the ability to ensure seamless event execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the hospitality or events sector, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Proactively manage the sales pipeline, generate leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and key market segments for growth.

Client Relationship Management



Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, wedding planners, and corporate accounts. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.

Event Planning & Execution



Collaborate with operations, food & beverage, and other internal teams to ensure smooth planning and flawless event execution. Oversee all phases of event delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.

Sales Negotiation & Closing



Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and proposal development. Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to maximize profitability.

Market Analysis & Reporting



Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely performance reports to management.

Team Leadership & Development



Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior sales team members as needed. Assist in training initiatives and foster a collaborative sales environment.

Customer Service & Satisfaction



Ensure exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle. Handle client concerns proactively and resolve issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

3+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or banquet sales. (Preferred experience in 5 or 4 star hotels)

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Event Knowledge:

Familiarity with catering, event planning, and venue logistics.

Client-Focused:

Adept at understanding and exceeding client needs and expectations.

Leadership:

Ability to inspire and guide junior team members.

Analytical Thinking:

Proficient in analyzing sales data and developing actionable insights.

Time Management:

Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
