Key Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming customer inquiries

via calls, emails, and chat Provide

product information

, guidance, and support to customers Manage order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support Promote products and assist in

upselling/cross-selling

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for smooth workflow Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

Strong

customer handling

and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with customers and managing queries Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email) Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
