Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy Sales Head who can own the entire sales funnel - from lead qualification to deal closure. You'll be selling:
Studio Services: Cinematic property walkthroughs video
Marketing Retainers: End-to-end real estate marketing
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads from CRM (400+ leads/month pipeline)
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with Studio & Marketing teams for seamless delivery handoff
Who Should Apply
3-5 years of B2B sales experience (real estate, agency, or creative services preferred)
Proven track record of closing ?50L+ in annual deals
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Comfortable with CRM tools (Notion, Sell.Do, or similar)
Self-driven with a hunger to exceed targets
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
