We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & BD Manager to lead client acquisition, partnerships,andmarketexpansionforourrehabilitationandwellnessservices.Thisrole requires strong industry knowledge and proactive field sales leadership.

KeyResponsibilities

Leadon-fieldbusinessdevelopmentvisitstohospitals,doctors,physiotherapists,and corporates.

Buildandmanagestrategicpartnershipswithreferralsourcesandcommunitynetworks.

Driverevenuegrowththroughstructuredoutreachandleadconversion.

Guideandsupportjuniorsalesteammembers.

Planandexecutesalesstrategiestoachievemonthlyandquarterlytargets.

RepresentArigatoatevents,camps,corporatewellnessactivities,andnetworking programs.

Prepareperformancereportsandprovideinsightstomanagement.

Skills&Qualifications

4-7yearsofexperienceinSales/BD(healthcare,rehab,pharma,wellnessindustry preferred).

Strongnegotiation,networking,andrelationship-buildingabilities.

Abilitytoindependentlymanagefieldoperations.

Leadershipexperienceisaplus.

Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
