We offer end-to-end home construction solutions tailoredto our clients' needs, from design to delivery.:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate or residentialconstruction sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients bringtheir dream homes to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:? Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (walk-ins,online inquiries, referrals, etc.).
? Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and offer customizedsolutions.
? Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existingcustomers.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Coordinate with design, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth clientonboarding.
? Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
? Maintain and update the CRM with all client interactions.
? Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.

Key Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? 2-5 years of experience in real estate or residential building/construction sales(preferred).
? Strong negotiation and communication skills.
? Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory).
? Good understanding of local residential markets.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
