To achieve sales targets and business objectives for commercial vehicles and construction equipment through effective customer engagement, relationship management, and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle and construction equipment segments.
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from enquiry to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, contractors, construction firms, and logistics companies.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles/equipment.
Provide after-sales support in coordination with service and finance teams.
3. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collect and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare and present market and sales reports to management.
4. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with the finance team for loan processing and payment collection.
Ensure timely delivery and registration of vehicles/equipment.
Maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and quotations.
5. Brand Promotion
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
Ensure brand visibility and adherence to company marketing guidelines.

Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and related financing options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
2-8 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or related industry.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
