Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and mentoring junior sales team members. You'll play a crucial role in helping Zorba Real Estate meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential and/or commercial property sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and investors.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote listings and services.
Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions in line with company goals and market standards.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to craft sales strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales executives.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
Good of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate license (if required by local law).
