Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard new clients within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens).
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and repeat business.
Promote and sell the company's portfolio of
frozen fruits and frozen food products
.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure market penetration in assigned territory.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with clients.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term business relationships through consistent engagement and after-sales support.
Represent the company at food service exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business/Commerce/Food Technology (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-5 years of sales experience in HoReCa / Food Service Industry
(Frozen Foods, Beverages, Dairy, or Processed Foods preferred).
Strong network and understanding of the HoReCa channel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
